Interview
They will call you to confirm the interview date and time. Each interview is around 30 minutes. Conducted by HR executive. Maybe due to large pool of applicants, the interviewer look tired, no facial expression on the interviewer in the whole interview process. There will be a total of 5 rounds of interview before you get the offer.

1. Play the Loreal Reveal Game. (Not sure if the scores matter...)
2. Phone Interview (about 25 mins. General Questions about my resume)
3. Interview with HR campus recruiter (40 mins. only asked about my personality and how I dealt with previous difficulties)
4. Mini Case and Interview with Dep manager. (not yet completed)

You have no experience in Marketing, why would you like to do marketing?
( On my Resume, most of my experiences are about CRM, and I wanted to apply for Marketing. It seems like CRM is not included in Marketing at Loreal... )
