Video interview, Digital Marketing Test, then assessment centre consisting of group activity, presentation, numerical and attention to detail tests and then if you pass that a competency based interview which is 30 minutes roughly, based on yourself and CV. However, it's a CV less interview so know your CV well.
Really relaxed. Presented a case study followed by questions, then a half an hour interview with HR talking about how I align with their values. Each question was aimed at one of their 5 values with a real focus on past experience and your personality.
