Interview
Interview process was quick. Applied, immediately got an email to answer the three questions which included a video. Then the day after, received an email about an assessment centre. Assessment centre included group assessment, maths test, individual interview, personality test and a presentation.
Hello, We are glad you had a fast candidate experience with us! We take your feedback into account if you've found it too difficult. Even you did not join, don't hesitate to keep in touch with us! Have a great day, Madeline

Question 1
What are your weaknesses? And why do you want to work for us?
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
The process included application, followed by video questions and then maths test, attention to detail test, project presentation and then one on one interview. The communication from HR was slightly slow, and thus the whole thing took a few months. However, it was altogether a good experience. A lot of research of L'Oréal owned brands and the company and their culture as a whole is required for a successful interview.
