short and effective, I guess they just want to see if you're an ok person, are bilingual and can talk at ease on the phone. Managers make you at ease. Interview process went well in general because I had already some experience working in a call centre and the opinion polls being done by the company were within my field of study which is political science. Dont stress too much for the interview, its pretty straightforward.
