LD Transportation Services interview questions

The interview process was a quick phone interview just asking a few questions about previous work experience. They than stated I would hear back from them by the end of the week. I than received an email stating that they would like to extend an invitation to participate in the next step of the hiring process I.E. the employment agreement. I than filled the employment agreement out and sent it back. I have not heard anything from them over a week. When I do hear something back from them they state that they are not looking to fill a position in my area anymore and that it was just decided that day.
