They were very nice and respectful. They asked mostly basic questions like "tell me about yourself." They also let you know what the company and the job/role is about. The interview took around 15 minutes on microsoft team meeting.

Initial phone interview was simple and fast. Answered simple questions and went over my industry experience and career plans.
Was extended an offer to fly out to LA to meet management in person.
Once there, again simple questions with more people. Extended an employment offer on the spot.
