The HR personnel starts asking about background in management and even the degree experience (done more than 15y in advance!).
They just want to check that the candidates expresses interest for the job he applied to and not for other reasons (money, permanent job, etc.).
After HR emplyee interview, the process implies other 3 steps:
- Senior Manager in Demand Direction
- Demand Director (optional)
- HR Director, to define the offer (eventually).
