Interview
Phone screen with the hiring manager then an in person interview with the owner, Mike. Called a few days later with a followup and no offer was extended. Overall typical and relatively straightforward.
The process seemed a bit unorganized and the interviewer inexperienced. There were two interviews and both seemed more like a tour of the company and meeting a few employees. The owner had "hobby" areas and his own golf simulator onsite. The employees seemed very nervous around the owner and almost afraid to say the wrong thing.
