Interview
It was a more conversational interview, than a traditional interview. The women I interviewed with was very nice. I was interviewing for a temp position, and it was an overall smooth process. The overall experience was easy and comfortable. I wasn't nervous or anything, and I didn't have to come back to meet 200 extra people. I arrived for my interview, I met everyone I needed to meet, and then a day later, I was hired. It was easy.

Why LVMH ? Tell me about your previous experience ?
Ghosted after 3 interviews, multiple email follows up and never heard back. Don’t post a role if you don’t plan on actually filling it. So disappointing and unprofessional. Expected more from a bigger company.
Three interviews with different departments and seniority level. HR, Marketing and General Management. I did it over the phone and on Teams but if you are in the country or city you can do it face to face.

Interview
A short phone interview and then proceeded to the next step with video call. First interview went for like about 10 mimutues with the HR personnel and the video call went for like 40 to 50 minutes with the manager
