The first interview is conducted by HR and explores your skills and expectations, The second interview is conducted by HR and n+1, and gets more in the day to day job details. The final interview is conducted by the CFO and resumes the two previous ones.

Asked competency questions, asked questions on double entry and IFRS16 - if you want a job remember to do your homework. The process was simple and straightforward, overall a good experience.
First, one phone screening of thirty minutes asking general question about your background and the motivation for the position ( generally performed by the HR department) and one interview with a manager of the team with more technical questions that lasted 1 hour.
