After submitting a CV for the given position openining, I was contacted by HR for the culture fit interview which happened online and lasted around 40 minutes, it was a very stress free environment with very honest feedback about what the company is good at and what challanges it experiences, though mostly it focused on me as a personality. The feedback folllowed up very quickly and I was invited for the technical interview, I also had a step with the practical assignment, which took an hour of preparation and hour of presentation, final interview was a meeting with a manager in the office, and had more soft skill oriented take; From the culture fit interview to the final interview with the manager it took only 3 weeks
