I interviewed with LMG Security towards the end of last summer. I had two technical phone interviews, then they flew me up to Missoula for an in person interview. During one of the phone interviews I mentioned one of my favorite activities to do in my free time. When I got there, they took me to do that activity after lunch and the face to face interview. They seemed like a great group of people and I wish we could have come to terms. The Glassdoor reviews did worry me during the interview process. That said, the people there made a very good impression on me, so I'm not sure how much stock I'd put in them.
