Was invited for an HR Screening call, but then the Director attended, which I had not been informed of. Was intensely grilled for 15 minutes and then not even given the opportunity to ask questions myself at the end, and they never got back to me. I've had a lot of interviews in my career, this was by far and away the worst experience I've had, really poorly managed, very poor communication, very poor interview technique from the director, and not the respect to let candidates know if they have or haven't been successful.

Had the interview in their spa which was lovely.
They made me feel relaxed and able to answer all their questions thorough and with care and consideration
