Lakshmi Vilas Bank interview questions

it is face to face interview with general manager and two other.I interviewed for probationary officer.most important thing to go through the position is our communication skills.asked some logical and aptitude questions.

After clearing the exam and the group discussion rounds, I interviewed with 3 senior personnel of the Bank. The focus of the interview was on why I wanted to move out of a Research role and whether I had the interpersonal skills required for Banking. This was done by presenting me with some case studies and asking me how I would handle the situation. The topics of the cases were mainly on operations work at the branches, some on loan sanctioning, and responding to angry customers.
