Interview
Stage 1: Online interview with a panel of 4 people. Interview was technically very strict.
Stage 2: In person interview in front of 5 people. Technically very strong person can pass only.
The positive thing about in person interview was that the travel, housing and food was covered by the company.
Stage 3: An offer was made but the grosss salary offered was almost half of my expectations and almost equal to my current salary (with 10% increment after 6 months probation) while difference in benefits was also there.

Welding torch distance from baseplate for cutting application.
They had a test after shortlisting based on previous academic background, followed by a skype HR interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Then another final interview was called upon and this was the mmost difficult one in front of a 5 member bench.
