Could've avoided and not waste each other time if the interviewer had actually gone through my CV. When asked if they're open to hiring someone without the requested degree and just felt ridiculed and looked down upon - feels very pretentious.

If i had a bachelor for the role of a NET or tutorial teacher, was then ask for a transcript - which I have but didn't bothered to reply back as it felt too pretentious from the start

The interview is pretty chill—the interviewer was actually very nice. It starts like any typical interview: you introduce yourself, talk about your teaching background, education, and your reason for relocating (if you're not currently in Hong Kong). After that, you do a demo class for the interviewer. And that’s it!

Online interview. Very unorganised. The lady that supposed to interview me wasn’t available on the day, the one that interviewed me didnt know much about the school. I didnt hear back from them until i had to email them first
