I only did an on-demand/video interview but it was pretty easy and I felt good about it. They asked a few basic questions. I think there were about five or six different ones.

Share a time when you built trust and a rapport with a colleague or client that challenged you initially
This position was temporary. I was contacted by a recruiter at the Phoenix Group about this position. I had an initial call with the recruiter, then a virtual interview with someone in IT and someone on the creative team. I then advanced to a second round, where I met with another individual on the creative team. Everyone was very nice.
After that I was completely ghosted by the company and by the recruiter. I never got a rejection email or anything. I had to log in to an applicant dashboard to see that I “did not advance.” It was extremely unprofessional, and they could have had the courtesy to send me a rejection email or some sort of communication.
I applied online. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
I only did the video interview, and it was a recorded for AI to determine my score. Overall I was not happy with this - and did not give any type of human input, other than HR emailing that I was not a good fit 12 hours after my submission.
