Latin America Working Group interview questions

The first interview was with one of the co-directors and covered the basics of the position. The second (final) interview was with the full team, except the person leaving the position. The second interview tested language skills, got more in-depth with specific skills, and discussed very particular tasks. The process was quick and I felt well-informed through the whole thing.
