Lengthy, sounds like there's a lot of turnover. The questions weren't hard, and there was ample time to meet teammates to see how I vibe with the team. Overall it was a pretty straightforward interview process. I ended up declining the offer as I didn't find the salary to be all that competitive compared to other SF companies and just felt better chemistry with other teams.

It was a pretty straight forward assessment of api design and practical coding questions in React. Initially spoke to a recruiter and then did the tech screen with a SWE from the company. Did not pass the tech screen.
