Well, at first, they gave me an assessment in regards to my email skills and all. Also, they asked me for some screenshots of my internet connection and typing. Once I finished that they asked me for an initial interview. From there, I was able to talk to one of them and asked me some questions about me.

Interview
A 20-minute interview with one of the team leads. Probably because of many scheduled interviews for the job, the team lead sent the job offer through email approximately 2 hours before the interview, but I still joined the online interview via Zoom. The questions that was asked were very random but mostly about Customer Service and how well you know the company.
