Usually if the screen call goes well, your profile will get shared with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager thinks your profile is good, you’ll be scheduled for an interview. Once the hiring manager decides you’re a good fit, you’ll speak with HRBP to understand if you’re a good fit for the company. Finally the offer comes from the HR who called you the first time.

Interview
Applied online through their career page and received an email invitation for SHL assessment after a week. I was given 48 hours to complete a video interview and cognitive test. The video interview consists of a few questions mainly behavioural-type questions (e.g. what is the biggest mistake you've done during your work/ university period). As for the cognitive test is more to your knowledge on interpreting graphs, data and logic questions.
Upon completion, then it is the last step which is a 1 hr interview with the senior management. Was mainly asked to share about the experiences that you've wrote in your resume. And they were also interested on how are you like as a person in general so be true to yourself. Overall, it was a very comfortable and chill session. The interviewers were very friendly and nice; as if you're just catching up with an old friend. And received an offer on the next day.
