Applied online through their career page and received an email invitation for SHL assessment after a week. I was given 48 hours to complete a video interview and cognitive test. The video interview consists of a few questions mainly behavioural-type questions (e.g. what is the biggest mistake you've done during your work/ university period). As for the cognitive test is more to your knowledge on interpreting graphs, data and logic questions. Upon completion, then it is the last step which is a 1 hr interview with the senior management. Was mainly asked to share about the experiences that you've wrote in your resume. And they were also interested on how are you like as a person in general so be true to yourself. Overall, it was a very comfortable and chill session. The interviewers were very friendly and nice; as if you're just catching up with an old friend. And received an offer on the next day.
