Interview
I had a preliminary interview through a recruiter then two video interviews exploring my working style, background, and getting a sense of my personality. Everyone was friendly and the follow-up conversation was well streamlined. The team was communicative.
Everyone was very nice, it was simple enough, straightforward and they were genuinely interested in what I had to say, appreciated that. No HR so current employees do the interviewing
