The school contacted me for a first interview after I submitted a speculative application. This first interview was friendly and mostly meant to get to know me (teaching and life philosophy). There was no trick questions. A second interview came after I was screened to be in the final batch of applicants.

I had a 1st round interview online with a panel of SLT. The process was straightforward. What I did not like, it took them over 3 weeks to get back to me with a no.
