Interview
First interview was a group interview with HR and the manager and other 4 candidates. It lasted about 40 minutes and they asked very general questions that people would ask for this position. The same day I got an email asking me to come in for in person person. During that interview there was a lot of behavioral questions and asking about my experiences with crisis situations.

Interview
Long process for interview but in very efficient manner. It came as request from a colleague to join and share the success with them. Previous experience with another project with US AID which was during my employment in Price Waterhouse, gave my access to win and have the job.

I was asked, about all financial and accounting policies, procedures for NGO entities. Then, asked what can be done for enhancement and increase financial benefits to shareholders.
Last but not least, the issue of compensations and fringe benefits.
