The interview process consisted of two stages:
The first stage was an online Insight Predictive Assessment, primarily aimed at evaluating logical thinking under timed conditions.
Upon passing, I was invited to an on-site interview, which was divided into three 30-minute segments: a conversation with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, and a technical interview. These covered my career background, theoretical knowledge, and included a brief practical skills test.
My discussion with HR provided valuable insights into the company's culture and structure. Both the interview with the hiring manager and the technical interview were conducted in a reassuring and supportive atmosphere.
