The Glassdoor reviews are spot on! Exact same thing happened - quick face to face interview, general questions, offered position on the spot (with one day to respond) and explained the wage and bonus offers as mentioned in other reviews. Seemed rushed.
It was typical interview for paralegal position, I got call from the firm and they sent me a interview schedule email. I went to the firm and I had interview with principal attorney.

I went to the office and had a short interview with a partner attorney. During the interview, most of the things that we discussed were about salary.
The interview was not that difficult.
