Legal.io person reached out to me via LinkedIn. We set up a zoom call. She told me the name of the company that was posted and a bit about the company. She said that she thought it would be a good fit and that she would put me forth to the company. Then I was ghosted.

Interview
Shortly after applying, immediately reached out to schedule an interview. Interview took place a day later, thought it went really well. Interviewers implied they were very interested and impressed with my experience and would follow up the following week. After reaching out not once, but twice, they still failed to engage in communications and provide any type of feedback. SHADY to say the least! It is extremely disrespectful to not give candidates any type of response even if it’s a rejection. I took time to interview, and for the company to not give the same respect back is infuriating.
