Legarza interview questions

Very laid back interview process. We had a sit down meeting with the coaches and then afterwards we had a live action interview. Performing several activities. Interviewers focused on enthusiasm and ability to instruct/lead.

There was a try out. You are selected into groups with a director, leading. There are 6 stations where your group heads and you are put into situations to see how, you would react being places in different situations.
