It was in 3 stages. And it was rigorous. Met the HR at the first stage, the sales team and lastly the CEO himself. I got a response at every stage. Had a 3weeks training after the interview.

2-stage interview. First with the Chief Human Resources Officer and later with the Managing Director of the organization in separate dates. Thorough background checks was conducted and later series of medical tests were conducted before the offer was made to me.
