They push you to interview ASAP. I had a nice 30-45min interview with an employee who gave a great brief presentation about the company. He said he would give me a great review to his hiring manager. I received an e-mail promptly after where the company wanted to have me fill out a questionnaire about what you learned from the interview/presentation, but wanted you to fill it out and submit it in two hours. I didn't have the time to complete it on time due to another scheduled interview, so I guess they passed on me for that reason which I found to be absurd. Be weary of this company. Very pushy. No regard for anything else you might have going on in life.
