Interview
I had a very brief interview for this position. Questions were straightforward and mostly revolved around a review of my resume. Discussions regarding previous contact lens experience, pace of seeing patients, and familiarity with the EHR was also discussed.

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult patient and what was your approach?
Interview process was smooth and low key. Had a text conversation with a regional manager, then met for coffee, then went to store and met with store employees as well. Overall smooth experience.
