I have a similar experience to a lot of the other people on here. The process was about a week. I came in for the first interview and it was about 10 -15 minutes but then they had me interview with a second manager that day. I received a call for another interview 2 days later on Sunday with the gm and then the 2 days later to meet with the owners. Both of those interviews were fast. The managers and gm made me genuinely feel like I was going to get hired. After the final interview, I didn't hear anything back and then received an email that I didn't get the job. I understand that people don't get jobs, but why the long dragged out process? Not to mention they kept mentioning the driving distance from my house to the restaurant which wasn't a big deal to me, but why make me do it 3 times, pay for parking and wait just for the no? Waste of time honestly.
