The whole process is quite simple and straightforward. However, the team did only get back to me one year after i shared with them my resume and information. There are two rounds to the interview process. First round is an introduction and a simply case study. The second round is a full blown case study. The firm focuses on SME projects, thus your interview/case study prep should be focusing on issues that SME's would face.
