Interviewers were friendly and not over-bearing. They are looking for someone who works hard and has the qualifications required to perform the day-to-day tasks such as data entry, cold-calling, etc. It is a family-run business so they expect a certain degree of social intelligence and friendliness. Chances are they won't be carrying out interviews anymore because they only need the hire to do temporary work. Keep in mind, family businesses tend to change with the times.
