Application form online and then a assessment online, which was timed had to answer 37 questions in 12 minutes, I think the idea was to answer as many as you could but accurately rather than rushing it. Wasn't too bad mainly analyzing charts and answering questions on it.
Next stage was a quick 10/15 minute phone interview.

Question 1
What do you know about the company and why did you choose this position?
There are three stages in the recruitment process. The first stage is an online assessment, the second stage is a phone interview and the third stage is an assessment centre.
Informal questions about personal interest in the job. Then there were many about the company itself, which were a bit more challenging and seemed like there were set answers to. The interviewer walked me through the process and was very friendly.
