I applied for the role several months ago, so when I got an email saying that they'd like to invite me for an interview I totally forgot that I applied, they also gave me 3 days notice of the interview (email on the 3rd, interview on 6th). Interview was with area manager and store manager, both really nice There was a lot of questions to go through and there was also a role play scenario that I had to do with them (which made me feel a bit silly and embarrassed) It was a very hard interview and they do expect full flexibility, which i told them was not possible cause im a student but i dont start until september, so its a question of whether they will be flexible for me when im back at uni. The next morning of the interview I got a call saying they were offering me the job which I was over the moon and very surprised about! I didn't actually start the job until a month after so the process is very long, if you include me applying, interview and starting the job, it was several months
