Applied through the company website, heard from a talent acquisition specialist about 10 days later who wanted to schedule a phone interview. This first interview was brief, about 15-20 minutes, and was basically just an intro interview to describe the position & gauge my career goals. Next step was a Zoom interview with two supply chain managers. Pretty standard interview, asked behavioral/situational questions. After that, I was asked to do another Zoom interview with two supply chain directors and complete an Excel assessment before the interview. Not too difficult of an assessment, but have to be familiar with intermediate-difficult Excel functions (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Third interview was pretty standard again, discussing my skills/past experiences/"tell me about a time" situations before going over the Excel assessment.
