The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a phone screening and an in-person assessment day. During the assessment center, there were individual interviews, case studies, and group exercises focused on leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
The process was structured and professional, and the expectations regarding the role were clearly explained. Communication from HR was timely and transparent throughout the recruitment process.
