I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
There were many people at the open interview. They conducted the interview in groups and the questions were difficult. But I was very disappointed that I was even contacted by them, after they said they would give me a call. Wasn't even told if I had got the job or not.
Great people asked a ton of questions as long as you are well prepared and the job is a job you do want with you being in to the gym it is not extremely hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview to see what my availability was and explain a little more about the job. They then called me back a couple hours later to schedule a FaceTime interview. Easy and straightforward process.
Not a positive experience. They took very long to get back to me. Had an unnecessary amount of steps and amount of interviews- 3 in total for a job paying minimum wage and expecting you to buy expensive clothes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions were asked. I was told I'm overqualified even though I'm still a student.
