I interviewed with fitness director . She asked me a lot of questions about my certifications and experience. She was very informative about their minimum hours and requirements for trainers .

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
