The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time in Jul 2010
Interview
Applied online, followed up in club with hiring manager. Hiring manager and did a phone interview a few days later, then set up a one on one interview. Most questions in the interview were based on experierence and how you would handle customer service issues. After the interview was offered another interview with the GM about a week later. After that interview, background check took about a week and was offered the job over the phone the next week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Life Time (New York, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
Interviewed with Member Services Manager and Club Manager. Interview process was about fifteen mins., followed by tour of the club. The back-ground check took the longest, and had to keep following-up to find out result.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Columbia, MD)
Interview
First interview is with a manager, second interview is a Group interview with GM. You must be able to recite the mission and motto, but if you score the second interview you are as good as hired.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Johns Creek, GA) in May 2015
Interview
One-on-One very simplistic. Asked me about my core values as well as my qualities. The questions were very simplistic. They made it seem as more of a friendly conversation rather than a strict interview that was meant to see if I was the right fit for the job. Just make sure to come prepared for the interview.
