Life Time interview questions

Multiple stages and must memorize the mission/vision statement in order to be considered for hire. This was done onsite with the General Manager for the final round. Initial rounds were phone, onsite twice with Aquatics Head.

Auditioned, asked for interview availability a week later, asked to actually interview two months later, got an automated rejection in the middle of the night about 36 hours later. Terrible communication and can't believe the lack of professionalism.
