Consisted of the initial video interview with the COO (who is also HR?). She said I would get a call back that same day or the next business day. Then I was ghosted. At least send a rejection email! Unprofessional to say the least.

Interview
The interview process was 100% virtual given the nature of the business. A week after applying on the company's website, I was invited to interview for a virtual assistant position. The interviewer was very professional yet relatable. She asked questions pertinent to the position as well as questions to get to know me. She was able to answer all of my questions. She was very honest about the hiring process and that there could be a delay in hiring as they provide an assistant that is best fitted for the client.
