There were strangely personal questions and few questions about my work or educational background. It seemed like they only wanted to know if I would be fun to work with.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lifted Logic
Interview
Overall negative experience. The interview process was very time-consuming with their writing challenge (which never ended up being discussed during the interview either). When it came to the final in-person interview, I was asked some odd questions (e.g., "How do you feel about headphones?"). They told me they would let me know a final decision the following week; when I did not hear back, I emailed twice and called the company twice over a few weeks' time – no response. Then, out of the blue, they sent me a job offer with an extremely low salary and weren't willing to negotiate. Their process took an unreasonable 3 months, and I did not feel like they respected my time or efforts at all.
