Interview
Eerst dien je via mail een CV en motivatiebrief in. Vervolgens word je telefonisch even gescreend en dan op gesprek uitgenodigd bij de directie en coördinator. Dit gesprek duurde ongeveer 35 minuten. Ze vragen waarom je geschikt bent, of je de nodige competenties hebt (bv stressbestendigheid, flexibiliteit) en dit uit te leggen. Ze vragen jou om een thema uit te werken: hoe zou jij lesgeven? Geef een voorbeeld. Dit is niet echt gericht en dat maakt het beantwoorden moeilijk. Tijdens het gesprek nemen ze notities.
