After applying through Zip Recruiter I was contacted quickly via email to come in for an interview. I went to their offices and there were a few people waiting in the lobby area already. The interview was incredibly short and was mostly them explaining the basics of the company and the job and gauging interest. I'll start by saying they post several different job titles but it's ultimately a sales job - Account Executive they call it. It starts as a commission only position and they DO NOT OFFER BENEFITS. Nor do they offer vacation or sick days. They offer to assist you in reaching a goal so that you can afford to take time off. They have a whole promotion timeline, in 15 months you can be a location Manager and make a ton of money. It's also long hours. I'm sure it would be a good fit for someone younger, maybe fresh out of college. I was put off by the fact that they reeled me in with a job title that wasn't what the position was then the interviews seemed like cattle calls. I was called in for a second interview which went more in depth into the position and the timeline to being promoted. I was also called the same day to be offered the position but commission only without benefits doesn't work for me unfortunately.
