Interview
It was a quite straightforward process with a clear indication on what it is expected from the candidate. They also clearly presented the career path. In total there were 3 interviews, one with hr, 1 with the hr partner and 1 with the partners of the department I was about to join. No technical questions were asked.
2 interviews, 1 HR interview about competencies and another with two partners to talk through my experience and a case study. The case study was provided a few days before and answers were submitted in advance of the interview.
