No interview process at all. As long as you pass the test that they give you a few days to take, you're in. But that test isn't easy. It takes a lot of reading and re-reading to fully grasp the material. If you fly through it and think you will pass, think again!

Question 1
Nothing was really super difficult because they give you a guide to read. You get the answers from the guide. So as long as you pay close attention and take good notes, nothing should be super difficult. Plus they give you practice tests too.
They had a manual to study and then an exam. The process was flexible and easy enough to go through. You have to be comfortable with basic computer usage. They then processed the results, and if you pass you may get an offer.

There is no real interview. Just pass the test and you are in. The test takes many hours of studying before you get paid. It is worth it if you get in.
