I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lionbridge in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online and received an email a few weeks later scheduling a phone interview.
I interviewed on the phone and was completely turned off by the recruiter. To every answer I gave to a question, they gave me "advice" or talked down to me about what I had said. Specifically about salary requirements, previous experience, and what I wanted out of a job. Not necessarily something I consider professional or necessary. I was offered an on site interview, but thankfully I had an offer from a different company and declined.

The interview process included a couple of stages, communication was generally clear, and timelines were reasonable. Overall, it provided a good opportunity to learn more about the role and the team.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience in Project Management.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lionbridge (London, England)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email and had an initial phone conversation followed by a second interview which was in person. There were two people present during my second interview and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.
Straightforward and not too complicated. Just had to present ability to understand PM process and adaptability to be able to take on the role. Interviewers are very nice and open to a genuine conversation
