The interview process was very simple. They called me, scheduled an interview for within that week. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was hired during the interview. I started the following week.

Interview
If you ever go to a daycare and they don't give you a working interview before hiring, that is a red flag! I'm glad they had me in 2 classrooms for 30 min each to see how I interacted with the kids and teachers.
